Really liked the talk, very relaxed presenting even under stressing circumstances such as tech issues.

I don't think it should've been marked as hands-on though, more like demo.

Good talk, in depth and really hands-on. Your English accent is good. The big numbers in the beginning worked to inspire awe for the real jobs people do with Hadoop.

good talk! i was afraid that some demo's wouldn't work, but you solved it on the spot, which was impressive. questions answered well. slides were spot-on in terms of timing, effects and use of color to convey your message; haven't seen that in any other presentation.

Excellent talk, the best I've seen at the day 2. Very good and easy to understand explanation of how Hadoop works and also great live demo. Charisma, way of speaking and presenting on the highest level.

The talk offered an introduction to Hadoop and HadooPHP with some live demos. Even with a headache David delivered a professional and rock solid presentation. JaJa! Well done.

Good talk, nice slides and even working demos :)
Also fun to see the figures of Facebook, Google and other large companies.
Pitty we had to leave early to catch the train and (still) don't have projects where Hadoop is necessary.

Kick ass presentation. It certainly evolved in time: at PHPUK it was still in "draft status". At PHPDay it was pretty decent and now it was great.

Now I want to see some spin off talks that deal with some Hadoop specific use cases. There is so much you can do with it, but it's hard to pack it all into a 45 minute talk.

Good job !
