I really enjoyed the "uncon" track which was hosted by PHPBenelux. It's a really good way for new speakers to try out (and/or overcome their fear :)) or talks about 'not-really-interesting-for-everybody' subjects like bayesian filtering, mysql client side caching etc. Overall organization was very good, talks were pretty on time and catering was excellent (same goes for the social event).
