With both virtualization and cloud computing becoming reality, and between generic IaaS providers (Amazon, Rackspace, etc.) and restrictive platforms (Google AppEngine), there is a glaring lack of PaaS offerings that allow seamless on-boarding of PHP applications to public and private clouds. This talk shows how webappVM's Open-Source platform fills the gap.
