The modern day web now features rich Internet applications - all sorts of AJAX frameworks have evolved, resulting in PHP with AJAX sites. Adobe provides alternatives in the form of Flex and AIR.
This talk will introduce Flex and AIR to PHP programmers. From what are Flex and AIR, and why should you care, to how you can use existing tools to create these types of projects, and how you can talk and send data back and forth between your PHP server and the Flex/AIR client.

Nice to see the flex to air switch in under a minute - that was the buzz moment, unfortunately live coding always seems to have large lulls in the flow of the talk - maybe try more "here's one I prepared earlier", keeps your audience with you more :)
Slow presentation and "live coding" seemed to make this talk crawl, which is a real shame. Hopefully a better presentation style will be employed next time that will highlight the ease of use.

Remoting part was the most interesting part for me.
