Keynote at Stir Trek: Iron Man Edition (English - US)

Rating: 3 of 5

In her opening keynote at this year's Stir Trek, Molly will talk about the emerging Web and what it means for those of us who work hard to create its sites and applications. We'll glimpse into the near future of the tools and infrastructure, travel forward in time for a bit of the future vision of the Web, and share the inspiration of what it means for us to boldly go where none have gone before as we build the largest, most cost-effective, global, international and visionary communications system the world has ever known.

Molly is so in tune with the inner workings of our industry. It's inspiring to hear her speak about her excitement about the future of the web. And she powered through in spite of being ill and not being able to travel to the event. Great talk.

I don't think a remote keynote was a good idea. There were plenty of good presenters already there to fill in and the poor quality of the video/audio was distracting.

I agree with jjaku, I saw other great presenters that could have filled in. The lag spikes were really distracting, maybe just audio would have been better. Other than that, the content was pretty good.

I liked what she had to say, but agree that it was unfortunate she had to Skype in.
