In this session Peter will provide a general overview of CiviCRM and its implementation on a Drupal website. CiviCRM is a "free, libre and open source software constituent relationship management solution. CiviCRM is web-based, internationalized, and designed specifically to meet the needs of advocacy, non-profit and non-governmental groups." It's equally usable for small businesses with similar needs. You will learn details of modules, functionality, extensibility, and out-of-the-box configuration. Focus is on getting the most functionality without lots of investment.
