UNC Chapel Hill contracted with Bain Consulting in 2009 to assess how to make the University more efficient. The Chancellor established the Carolina Counts initiative to implement the Bain recommendations. This presentation will specifically focus on the IT aspects of the Carolina Counts initiative and describe how we’re approaching this.
