Discussion of how software and hardware support to Apple devices with both Mac OS and iOS might be handled. What are the challenges we are going to face and what are we doing to meet them? Traditional IT roles are changing in the face of new devices lead by Apple’s innovation. We need to consider how we shift resources to improve network availability and performance, deal with hardware repairs, effect initial deployment, extend service to personally owned devices, enhance service security and much more.
