Awesome data driven insight into their lab environment. Nice to see the lessons I learned 10 years ago when I was the lab guy still ring true. New tools make analysis of usage patterns much more useful than the back of envelope approach we used to take at my previous institution. Very nicely done, especially considering the ad hoc nature of the presentation.
