This is a presentation about women in leadership from a man's point of view. We will explore some of the dynamics and intricacies related to female leadership. What are some pros and cons for not having any women in your office? What happens when you have too many women? What generalizations can be made about any of these situations? What can men do to assist female leadership? These questions and more will be explored in this discussion.
