Western Carolina University is an SCT Banner school that uses CollegeNET's Series25 suite of scheduling and analytical solutions for managing classrooms. This presentation will focus on the use of R25 by the Registrar’s Office to auto-schedule classrooms. Sections are created in Banner by the academic units and rooms are assigned by the Registrar’s Office. In a typical term 98% of sections place find classrooms. Faculty are very supportive and acceptance is high. Presenters will show their approach to maximizing auto-scheduling efficiency and how they have used the Series25 tools to continually improve the results of their academic scheduling and planning for future space needs.

great presentation. layerd out in understandable manner. got into just enough detail. answered questions, knew the answers. had handouts he was very knowledgable on the subject. had real experience. kept control of group. would go to another session hosted by him.
