It wasn't really helpful for me, because I'm a one man team that has to fill all required roles myself.
But the discussion about how different teams work in different companies was interesting to follow.

Audience and Speakers mentioned some good points, but in total I felt it was too superficial. I guess I missed a "one single thing" to take home from it.

Yeah it was more discussion around the principles of what makes a successful team rather than the techniques used to make a successful team. That said, there still some very good points coming out of it :-)
