Workshop at PHPCon Italia 2009 (English - US)
This workshop is meant to introduce a group of PHP developers to the agile way of developing software. Audience will be introduced to basic concepts like XP values and principles and then involved in a simulated project start-up. After writing user stories a simulated planning game will teach how to organize the project flow in realeases and iterations In the second half of the workshop a few selected user stories will be implemented on symfony framework using XP practices like test driven design and refactoring. This workshop is very interactive and requires the subscribers to have a laptop with a working symfony instance installed on.
