Workshop at International PHP Conference 2011 Spring Edition (English - UK)
The second part of the workshop covers a lot of hands on methods. We will walk the walk from Unit Tests over static Code Analysis to automated Acceptance and Capacity testing to achieve a very fast build, test, deploy cycle. Other Areas of the workshop Part II will be in depth organized pairing, collective code ownership while we will try to set up a team with the right tools and the right workspace to support the agile mindset.

Great session: known things about undogmatic agile development have been refresed. I would have expected more time for discussions of concrete situations in real development situations.

Very good workshop which encouraged everyone to share their experiences with XP. Only minor negative point was you had to check your laptop sometimes to look up something.
