Let's live inside the browser

The ever increasing popularity of web-apps seem to make a trend to a world where we will all end up "living" inside the browser. Personally i think this is awesome because of several reasons including (but not limited to):
- Writing internet, desktop and mobile applications with the languages we already know: HTML and Javascript
- It is so much more easier to make interactive applications using web techniques
- Almost every device has a browser these days so, access anywhere any time!

In this talk i want to tell the audience why writing applications using web techniques is the future, and how they shouldn’t be any different than conventional server-side web applications. Also covering the topics of architecture and application design. If there is time left i want to show by example/maybe a demo how easy it is to write a simple web application using javascript and HTML5.

Nice general overview, could do with more code examples, a short demo. It's nice to see the state of affairs as it is now and the general concerns, but it could have been a little more in-depth. There are a lot of HTML5 overview talks lately, and one way to differentiate your talk is to include the topic on architecture and design, and the feasibility and adoptabilty. This works, but again I would suggest: include some more real-world examples.
Richard is a good natural speaker, this helps to entice the audience.

A very clear and good presentation, very well explained and even understandable for the beginning developer, Maybe a bit too easy for people that have a lot of knowledge about this subject.

The speaker is very skilled and relaxed, a bit fast in terms of speech; But overall very easy to understand and interesting to listen to.

Thumbs up Richard! Make it a bit more in depth talk on parts because this is an interesting subject!

Richard has a great composure. Maybe he goes a bit too much with the euh’s and ehm’s, but he didn’t lose track of his story. It was a great presentation overall. I think the overview of the topic was quite complete, but what the story lacked was an overview of external, non-technical stimuli that can influence the future of web apps. Richard is a very engaging speaker and the talk was very entertaining.

Good clear speaker that is easy to follow.
It's a wide subject which caused the presentation lacking in-depth information, which I was hoping for.
Might have been better to have more focus on some parts and give some more in-depth information.
