How PHP and the OSS mindset is being used to track money used in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and for providing better transparency in government. This is meant to also be an open forum on how people think current ideas could be improved.

Have done a bit of work with accessing government information programmatically. This is definitely an area that needs attention.
