In this session you will learn how to create the ultimate front-ends for your PHP back-ends using Adobe Flex. Few RIAs leverage the full potential offered by using a combination of PHP and the Flash Platform. In this presentation, you will learn what developers are doing to design rich Internet applications for the Web that combine the best of traditional graphical user interface applications with the wide reach of Web-based access, leading to more streamlined business processes and better customer service.

This session will also cover the new ZendAMF project which is a collaboration between Adobe and Zend that makes it easy to create high-speed applications using the AMF format.

I'd seen Lee's presentation before, but the new demos were great. The Zend_Rest_Server point should be replaced with Wade's views on implementation of REST with AMF support using ZF. For Wade's presentation, I think using syntax highlighted source code in slides limited to relevant areas would improve the presentation's pace. He seemed a bit "green" as a speaker, but his presentation was informative.
