I was hoping for more information on how to get highly effective teams. This was more tautological, highly effective teams are happy, happier people are more efficient workers, without ever going into how to go about that.

I really enjoyed this presentation. I believed it was very useful in the an effective team and team building. A happier worker is a better worker, unfortunately in today's day in age this doesn't seem to be anything managers are focused on. I wish there was more managers in the room watching this presentation.

Great job. I love the incorporation of innovation in the Agile manifesto. I have had quite a few experiences with implementing an Agile development process and have met with a few challenges. It was quite refreshing to see a community and standard out there to follow.
