This talk concentrates on the advancements of agile development tools in Python with some insights on how they might apply to database applications. Using SQLAlchemy as a driver for discussion, the talk covers setting up easy_install, creating a virtual environment, creating your own packages using paste, setting up a test environment for databases, and using coverage to develop robust code. The talk is punctuated by screencasts which the author talks over to show how all of these tools can be used.
