No matter the size of your team most developers work with users or stakeholders to develop project requirements. Making your way through competing requests to get to a good design takes a lot of time and skill. Great talk Derek. I really like the similarities and application for the lessons you learned parenting and how it applies to project management.
I also liked some of the images you used. I would consider creating slides for competing images from what you learned parenting and an image to contrast it with for project management.
