He recommended some great references.
The room made it difficult for some to read the projector screen. This presentation should have been in the TN Room and the E-commerce session should have been in here.
My background is as a developer and business manager. I have been on too many projects that forgot about UX and wound up in the ditch. Chris's presentation is an very good distillation of a subject that could use a lot more time and attention.

I agree with the previous review - good references though. Going to check into some of those.
