Well explained in a calm and controlled way.
You show lots of enthusiasm and this makes your audience enthusiastic along with you.
Maybe make a side by side screencast so you can show the difference in a assetic:dump between PHP 5.x and 7 and include it at the start of your presentation. This will sure grab your audience attention.

It was a bit too long so maybe there are choices to be made.
I also think that you should merge the part were you make people guess the data type with photos and the part were explain the data type. It would make the technical part a little bit more digest.
