I tend to be suspicious of marketing and branding, but this was presented as a very natural effort to communicate what WE know about ourselves to people who don't get (and may be intimidated by) geek-speak.
So much valuable insights, this was the talk I was looking for to hammer these thoughts, so that I start to act on these. Thank you so much for sharing this.
