Modeling is kind of a dry topic, but Alex has a great delivery style. The presentation had a pragmatic focus, and I could see myself using the techniques presented. Nice work!

Seemed to be more about presenting different models. Should have focused more on actual team collaboration to produce a common vision for feature development.

Very good talk on a very boring topic (which the presenter was well aware of).
At one point there was a bit too many examples of different models, but at the same time, it made sense.
Given the topic, this was about as good as you can expect a presentation to be. And several good insights.
