Fleix has a good speaking presence and does a good job of organizing the material. I felt like the slides were lacking, though... there were many lists which he more or less read to us. It was good info, but I would suggest having slides broken out and having complementary info versus exactly what is being spoken.
Nice overview of an eye-opening topic: it's hard to discuss in depth without focussing on a single technology. I like Felix's emphasis on the important areas: logging, metrics, alerts, and health-checks implemented in your services. Pointers to good tools (e.g. logstash, graphite, ...)
