How do non-users interfer in the designing process? Is the non-using a motivation to change the wiki?

Could you elaborate on the role of materials mobilized by the wiki actors? First of all: Are these materials within the scope of your inquiry? And if yes then: How-under what processes such materials shaped the notion of power that you revealed as an important aspect of your study?
