A good non-technical workshop, I liked the way we could work with post-its to give input. You should however look into the way you place the group during the session. A circle with everyone seated is a very good way to ensure everyone can see each other, but during some discussions of post-it inputs you had the whole group standing up. Might be a better idea to have them seated again and bring the post-its to the group with the flip charts.
If you want to pinpoint different personality types in a team you could try to go for more than intro/extraverted people.

I liked the workshop, it's an interesting way of doing workshops as well. I got some interesting pointers
