Very interesting and engaging. Pity the room did not have a projector because on the small tv it was hard to see the slides.

Interesting topic indeed. Hard to solve problem as well but Tobias had some good approaches and possible ways to a solution.

Tiny hint: put some shadows behind your texts so they become readable on top of the colourfull backgrounds.

Tobias came up with some very recognizable issues. I saw various people that have to deal with legacy code giggling ;-) But also he managed to point out how dangerous and costly technical debt can become. I think it's very important to create this kind of awareness
