Mob Programming is a practice that Woody Zuill and his then team at Hunter Industries "discovered" while "turning up the good" and it's a cost-effective, collaborative and fun way to get work done together. The entire team works together (including the Product Owner's etc.) at the same time, on the same computer.

Attendees will experience a typical day of Mob Programming while learning the mechanics of how to work together as and the techniques that make this form of development so effective.

They will learn how a mob works together on all activities including test-driven development, refactoring, and retrospectives.

This will be an exciting, hands on workshop that will leave attendees with essential collaboration skills they can take back to their organisations.
