No no, not country flags, feature flags! Feature flags are a powerful technique that allows teams to modify a system's behaviour without changing code. They can be used several reasons - canary releases and A/B testing to name a few.

Wow! I was going to this talk with the idea; how can Michael fill an presentation of 45 minutes with this subject. He did this very well with introduction the difference of feature toggles, taking us with the always hard question of; building your own or buying an saas solution. I liked this part! The talk was finished with great (enough) examples. The conclusion was not an added value for me. ?
Loved the fun introduction by talking about actual flags. The talk was a good introduction of feature flags and I now have a good starting point to start using it.
