C'était un régal de te voir nous présenter les coulisse de votre voyage, avec humour, sincérité et beaucoup d'aisance pour un "premier talk technique" !
J'ai beaucoup aimé, plein d'humour, un grand plaisir de suivre le coté history ! et les stickers de blablacar disent "Done is better than perfect", tout est dit :)
Tu n'as absolument pas à t'excuser, tu as déjà fait des choses que la plupart ne verront jamais, y compris au niveau du succès.
Le ton était juste et le contenu bien présenté.
I'm very torn over this talk. On one hand it was honest and funny, but on the other hand, you just explained how you did things over time and how some of those things (all of them?) were completely wrong. You never really explained how you could have done it differently or how in retrospect you could have handled some problems better. You look like you are incredibly proud of yourself and hide the mistakes behind a good dose of humor. But in the end, you are right, done is better than perfect and good code should bring in money and should scale properly enough. Maybe the morality of all of this is that nothing really matters, just have fun, don't take things too seriously.

@ Nicolas : In the talk I clearly mentioned what was good and bad in our decisions. And I don't really agree with your conclusion: If we didn't take things seriously at the time we wouldn't be here today. The key point of this — also in my conclusion — is that we needed to focus on what really mattered in order to keep the website up while handling the buzz around it.

Cela fait beaucoup de jaloux tout ces chiffres, mais super aventure, merci d'avoir fait partager cette expérience plus qu'enrichissante.
