I found this session to be a bit too slow-paced and with too many repetitions. I would have loved to see more examples of how caching is usually done today and how the proper use of HTTP's methods can help or more examples of the features of SPDY like server hints.
A whole session about how great the HTTP spec and the people behind it are, listing lots of different elements of the spec regarding caching without any word about potential downsides and limitations, followed by praise to SPDY without a word about its interaction with those caching mechanisms.
