How long does it take to deliver a feature? Indifferent of an answer you might give, my reaction would be 'too long'. That reaction would not be due to my overblown expectations, but rather to the fact that I believe there are no right answers to the wrong questions.

This talk will attempt to explore and demonstrate how project delivery looks when the team focuses on delivering software increments rather than features.

This is just how we should be doing software. Slides were so tweetable (i'm stealing that). Awesome stuff.

Increments sound like the way forward for development. Thanks for sharing!

Nice talk about increments. It seems like the way to go by default. Looking forward to applying it in more projects.

Excellent talk about the way we should be running projects but don't always follow.

Really solid, convincing talk. Great slides, and a good argument well made. It helped to solidify a few ideas that have been knocking around my head as well!

Excellent talk and nicely presented. Increment is the way for a happy developer and product owner.

The speaker has a way of anticipating and removing all possible objections. Great slides, filled with condensed messages that left the audience inspired and tweeting a lot. Very engaging talk from an enabling teacher — who makes abstract concepts achievable by his audience.

Amazing talk with a wide angle covered in short time. Great examples, will find a use in day-to-day development. Incremental build model is the way forward!
