A good eye opener on giving back to the community you take from.

Very good and inspiring talk by Miro, showing why and how to be involved in your local and global community, help organise events, keep in touch with people, submit code and patches. Talk was a bit fast paced, but followed by great discussion with more practical examples, also showing options how to involve (and reward) company and customer in the contribution process.
