Good intro to Kanban with activities that got people engaged, smiling and moving.

Bit hard to hear at times with all the background noise in an open space.

Learnt a lot about kanban-ing, the most important take home being to make it work for you and your team - there is no off-the-shelf template.

Good discussion coming from the team, with lots of experience and ideas.
