Andrea did his best to explain a not-so-easy topic. I admit that even now I can't get the essence of this method: I really don't know if it is only a way to catalogue problems and activities, or if I can use it to explore solutions.
This workshop has been funny, but I think I had a problem with Cynefin, at this point :)
