I wish I could give a hint to improve the presentation, but I can't seem to find anything.
Good appearance and arguments, but the time efficiency can be discussed. ;) The Italy story was a nice addition, but took too long. Regarding JQuery Mobile I didn't learn that much, most info can be found in the documentation. Still, nice to hear what the really experienced people think!
Hopeless topic, when nothing works as it should... ;) I agree that it would have been interesting to get more information on how to use "workarounds" with different libraries.

Some interesting parts and a good base to build on, but there is much to improve. Put more text on your slides, that helps the audience to keep up with the story. Less code sometimes.
A lot of details were presented about Ember, which is good, but it would have been interesting to hear more about the pros and cons in comparison to other options. Ember might be good in many ways, but why choose it over its competitors? That wasn't clear to me.
