Great talk, no revolutionary ideas but still excellent delivery and a good reminder on how we should improve existing code at anytime without waiting for it to turn zombie.
This talk is really funny!!! Essentially is what we have to work on: "working teams", "customers", "manages or intermediates" and "owners", responsible development, and true: fun fun fun, you wont life forever.

Was expecting more practical examples on the architectures, for example. That part has been pitched very fast and it was maybe the most interesting.
His cabaret skills are out of discussion tho, 5 stars for those.
