What an eye opener, and listening to someones journey on this, i fully believe diversity is the best way to build a team and work needs to be done by everyone to improve inclusivity!
Fantastic, thought-provoking talk. Lot of work still to do in terms of opening up the dev community and providing access and opportunity for all. As an industry, we are potentially missing out on a lot of great talent, we just don't know who they are.
