Briliant talk. Totaly next level

Great talk around a subject I'm really interested in learning more about. Really left me chomping at the bit to learn more.

SERVERS ARE CATTLE PEOPLE!

Great talk, expanded a lot with Alex afterward in the pub :) A lot of useful information to take in.

Great talk, really insightful into theory behind it all - would be good if there was some accepted way to get back in contact though :)

Always loved Twelve Factor methodology. Alex had some takes that we're a little controversial for me but very important point to take away is disposability. "You're Server Will Die"!

Amazing talk and great points to take into mind!

So much to take away from this talk, it's going to take me a while to absorb it all and put into practise. Alex clearly loves his AWS, and knows it better than anyone I know.

Your servers are cattle!

My wrists were aching from all the notes I had to make. Although not everyone will agree with all the points made it was a really interesting talk and I took a lot away from it.

Really engaging speaker, great job.

Having read up on 12 factor before the talk I was a little bit disappointed that I came away feeling that maybe the content didn't fit with the title and the expectations I had. The talk overall felt pretty polished though and while I didn't agree with some of the points like keeping the vendor folder in source control I did like that you backed it up with a good explanation for it.

I would suggest maybe breaking down quickly the different steps and where people can read about it further and then talk about the separate parts that relate more to Laravel as it felt a bit packed in as a talk.
