Far too often, developers get stuck building features and never have the opportunity to optimize production settings. Things like php-fpm configs, framework/server settings, and security considerations can often go overlooked. Really good talk that covered a ton of ground. It would have been interesting to maybe see some example before/after stats to show how much improvement from certain changes.

the talk was very well put together. good groundwork points were discussed and shown. I know this can be a big topic but maybe some small examples of Windows could be included. Or at least starting areas to look in windows setup.
So many good tips in there, especially: lower the timeouts, of it's not finishing in ten seconds, fix the thing and not raise the timeouts.
