Salary Negotiation in Tech

Ashley gave so many great, specific tips for negotiating a salary at a new job as well as being your own advocate at a current position. Salary negotiation can be such an uncomfortable subject, so it's nice to hear someone who has a wealth of knowledge speak about it plainly and give us all a shot of courage.

Solid presentation and the Q&A was enlightening, funny and really drew the room together.

Ashley's presentation was a profound moment for me at this year's conference. Initially unsure if I should even attend this talk with the anxiety that surrounds negotiation in favor of a "safer", more technical talk, I came away from this talk hopeful that I too could be a more confident and courageous negotiator.
