Excellent talk and discussion! Chris managed to tackle what can be a tough and divisive topic without scolding anyone. He had some good practical suggestions on where we can go as a community.
Good exploration of the problem space, but I feel the 'how to solve it' problem needed more work; I was hoping to see more on that topic, but the presentation did give some food for thought.
