In 2012, Rijksmuseum made its collection digitally available to all – in high resolution on the museum’s website, freely available, without limitations. In this digital application, called Rijksstudio, 370,000 pictures can be examined in close detail. The museum intends to attract new audiences and enhance its brand awareness.
