I appreciated how Andrew brought his experience with React to this presentation. He showed both the theory and the implementation of how to integrate it with PHP. There was a discussion of tools to help make the integration more smooth, as well as the pros/cons of each.
I unfortunately had to step out of the talk about half-way through, so didn't get to see the end. I don't know if it happened but I was hoping that there might be a live demo showing implementation of some of the code samples given during the talk.
