Loved the use of the white board. Good, simple, code examples as well.
awesome!
+1 on use of the whiteboard. Great explanations.
Great talk, completely demystified the memory management angle.
Content was perfectly scoped for the time available -- everyone's questions got answered, without finishing early or running late. Some content overlapped with the tutorial, but it was eaisier to understand when presented interactively. Live demo of speed performance and FFI use in Python was excellent.
This was by far one of my favorite talks of the entire conference. Dan has a unique ability to distill a potentially complex topic into a very clear and concise explanation. And Rust itself is an incredibly intriguing programming language with lots of provocative features. Great, great, great talk! Excited to learn more.
This was one of my favorite classes at the conference. Rust is an interesting language that has piqued my interest for some time now. Dan presented the topic very well and explained clearly features of the language.
