Disappointing talk - mostly about pointing out obvious issues with existing sites and that we should be designing responsive/mobile first. Old news. Didn't get into UX design patterns that actually work besides stating the usual platitudes of keep it simple and use more white space. Wish he covered how he manages the process in his company to actually solve the issues raised.
I thought this presentation was great. The speaker was engaging, the slides were great, and I took away several profound ideas that I'm excited about. Thanks, Mark!

Really enjoyed this talk, it had a good ratio of theory to practical aspects to it
