Extremely entertaining talk, waxing lyrical about many important themes that all development teams can at least take one concept from to make their lives easier.
Zach - I must get out of the way first - is an excellent presenter. I get the feeling that no matter what he talked about, people would listen. That alone is worth the 5/5.
Further to that, the talk was highly informative, tackled some pretty big ideas of culture and development process, and sounded like it honestly came from the heart of passion. Extremely relevant to my current position at work, I wish I could give this more than 5 thumb-things.
Really well presented. Enjoyed the slides, the message and the charisma in the presentation. Always good to hear about other people's experiences in being a part of and optimising a development team.
