It's been a great talk. Very useful but maybe it could have been better if you gave more examples.

Well done

Great talk! I agree with the past comments, more different examples would have been great.

great resources but i think that's very hard to know wich information of this logs is essential and wich is inherit from your framework, initial conditions, etc.

anyway all this tools are great for profiling.

joan

cool and instructive!
thx!

I had done some app profiling using Xdebug and XHProf prior to this talk, but this talk has given me some key pointers I am eager to put into action.

Nice overview of a bunch of profiling tools for php profiling

As always. Derick did a great job.

great talk, found the production profiling methods especially useful. thanks Derick (and that tab suggestion will come in very useful ;))

Great to see you again at PHP Barcelona! What I liked best was to see tracing, valgrind and profiling+kcachegrind in action. I use Xdebug (with PDE) daily and intesively, now I have to find some time to have a deeper look at kcachegrid and how to interpret its figures and graphs.

Great talk! As I never listened before about profiling it was very instructive. I missed some tricks and tips to catch the performance-killer in our apps.

This second talk was easier to follow as I became familiar to your accent.
