Great - good to hear the rainbow elePHPant is coming along well; but there's a bait and switch with this talk (in a good way). The talk focuses on diversity issues and encouraging awareness; why is diversity important etc. - very good message, and very eloquent delivery.
I enjoyed the talk but thought it was a little light on content - I'd like to hear more about how diversity can be fostered if this would become a full length talk. Thanks Mark.

Great talk - the birth of and rationale for the rainbow elephpant was well explained (and only a little bit of a sales pitch)
Really enjoyed this talk. Great delivery, about a really important topic. Not what I was expecting from the title which made it all the better.
